• Impact starts with clarity.

    Strategic communication creates it.

  • Clarity.

Clarity about what a company or institution stands for.

    Clarity in positioning.

Clarity in the strategic direction of communication.

Digital tools are now a given.

    Visibility can be created.

    But impact is built.

  • Line.

Professional communication is far more than the simple transmission of information. It requires strategic thinking, precise language, and the ability to convey content clearly, credibly, and coherently.

    Communication needs direction.

    And it needs consistency.

The starting point is an analysis of the current situation:

What is the company’s current position in the market?

How is it perceived within its environment?

    Which audiences are truly relevant?

This analysis leads to concrete decisions - for example regarding the website, publications, social media, and the overall direction of communication.

On this basis, a clear strategic line is developed - a coherent structure that connects content, tone, and channels.

Digital is not an end in itself, but a tool. What matters is that all actions follow the same logic.

This is how structured communication emerges.

    And becomes recognizable.

    Linie.

    Communication needs a line.

    A line creates a profile.

    A profile creates impact.

  • Impact.

Impact is not created by mere presence.

    Nor by volume.

Impact emerges when what you stand for becomes clear.

Many companies eventually realize that their website exists - but has no real effect. It is present. But it generates no inquiries. No conversations. No movement.

Often, the problem is neither technical nor visual.

It is a lack of clarity in positioning and messaging.

A profile has impact when it becomes recognizable - when a clear position is taken and maintained with consistency.

    In the market, this means:

    not being generic.

    Not being interchangeable.

    Not simply being “present.”

    But having a profile.

    A profile creates orientation.

    Orientation creates trust.

    And trust creates impact.

Impact is not a matter of chance.

It is the result of clear positioning.

  • Harald Mathie

For more than twenty years, I have worked in the digital field and supported more than 400 projects.

In the past, the main focus was the web.

    Today, it is about impact.

After so many projects, one thing has become increasingly clear: success is not determined by technology, but by clarity in communication. Technology has become standard. Digital is a tool. Strategic communication is at the core.

This evolution has also changed my own perspective.

I combine strategic thinking with operational experience. I know what implementation means - but today, my focus is on the line that guides it: positioning, structure, and coherence.

For me, experience means above all discernment.

    Knowing what holds.

    What creates a profile.

And what can be left aside.

I think about communication resolutely from the other person’s point of view.

    Not from the sender’s perspective.

But from the perspective of the people we want to reach.

For me, communication is not an end in itself.

It is an instrument of direction.

    And it begins with clarity.
